We build games for players who enjoy creative, immersive experiences. Protecting player privacy is an important part of how we work. This page describes, in plain terms, what our games and website handle — and what they do not.
ogemca games do not collect personally identifiable information. Player progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on the player’s device. When played on Steam, those local files may sync automatically through Steam Cloud. ogemca never receives or manages that synced data directly.
Some titles may use GameAnalytics for anonymous gameplay metrics such as session duration or level completion. This data cannot identify individual players. For details, see GameAnalytics’ privacy policy.
Certain ogemca games include peer-to-peer (P2P) co-op or multiplayer. These sessions are created directly between players without ogemca-hosted servers. Any connection data exchanged exists only for the duration of the session and is not stored or logged by us.
If you contact us by email for support or feedback, we will use your address and message solely to respond. We do not share, sell, or reuse your correspondence for any other purpose.
Our games are intended for general audiences and are not specifically directed to children under the digital consent age (usually 13–16, depending on jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
We take security seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect player data and game integrity. Your save data and in-game progress are stored securely; we encrypt local progress files to help protect them on the device. While no system is completely immune, we actively monitor and address issues when they arise.
We may revise this policy occasionally to reflect platform or legal changes. The most recent version is always available at ogemca.com/privacypolicy.
